Besides The Tweaks Anthology, what other mods are there that are nice, (and are you able to have more than one mod installed at once)?

    There is no simple answer to a question like this. Mods have different purposes, and so you have to ask yourself a question:

    What do you want from a mod?

    More quest content? Powerful items and spells? New character options? Rule changes? New NPC companions? More challenge?

    Provide some focus, and then you might get some useful recommendations.

    you can have many mods installed at once

    the most important content mods that should find universal appeal are in my opinion:
    Ascension (has a semi-official status)
    Wheels of Prophecy (goes well alongside Ascension)
    IEP Extended Banters
    Trials of the Luremaster (port of an IWD expansion which is an independent module and makes sense in any setting)

    but that't not even the beginning
