General Stonehand Location

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
After the siege, does General Stonehand disappear? I've been able to find the other commanders/named NPCs spread around the castle but can't find Stonehand for some reason. Do I need to reload an earlier save?

    Most of the npcs at the SIege can die. I don't know is Stonehand is one of them, but the guy who gives you the quest to poison the Crusaders is the only NPC that I know for sure CAN'T die.
