mods help - enchanted/masterwork items (insead of +2/+3 and +1 magic items)

i have enchanted/masterwork items (insead of +2/+3 and +1 magic items) but i don't know what mod causes that and item revisions is _not installed_

any1 knows what mod does that? i just want my items to be +1/+2/+3/+4

    Scales of balance mod does a thing like this. Item Revision or SCS, as well. SCS has a component that replaces most +1 with masterwork. Not sure what would do that to the +2 or higher though.

    Low Magic World has a component that renders all non-unique enchanted weapons/armor non-magical.
