Races for Shamans

I looked for it in the Adventurer's Guide, but didn't see it listed anywhere. Does anyone know what races can be Shamans? Thanks!

    Human, half-elf, and half-orc. Since shaman can't dual, your best choice from a min-max point of view will nearly always be half-orc.
