Uncompleting a completed quest (help?)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Alright, I have a somewhat bizarre request apparently, because I can't find anything about this anywhere.

I have finished a certain quest. I need to finish it again. Is there a way that I can use EEKeeper or the console to mark it as uncompleted so I can go talk to the guy again and mark it as completed again?

    It can be done depending on the quest, but it might also be sort of a surgical thing to do. What quest is it?

    Sorry, I forgot about this post. I had changed my class to ranger with EEKeeper and wanted the ranger stronghold, but I had already finished the Umar Hills questline. Purified the shrine and all that.
