Sorry if this has already been asked but what is his code to summon him earlier?

    The version of him you meet in SoA is wilson9. However, there's some scripting around the event that you recruit him in; he won't even talk to you if you're not in the area you're supposed to meet him.
    (Also, if you open the cage without speaking to him, he leaves forever)

    Just pick up Rasaad and do the quest. It's not a hard one.

    You can just use CTRL+Q (while your cursor is overtop of him) to add him to your party. He doesn't have much in the way of dialogue so it probably won't cause an issue.
