Is it possible to always show the two additional quickbars?

I know pressing Ctrl or Shift brings up the second and the third quickbar, respectively. But is it possible to always show the two additional quickbars without having to press Ctrl and Shift?

By the way, can I hide the talk bar? I don't need it in single player games.

    Don’t think it’s possible but would be a great feature... to be able to stack 2 of the quick bars

    Hopefully, they would consider implementing the option. I find having to press Ctrl or Shift to show additional quickbars inconvenient.

    The talk bar is used by some single player modules (for passwords, riddles or whatever).

    Some players use it for console commands, associate shouts, roleplay etc.

    I hope they are still committed to overhauling the UI. Stuff like that would work well with higher resolutions 20 years after release. :-)
