Problems with Max HPs - SCS / Tweaks

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hi everybody - I hope everyone is well in those difficult days.
A quick question for the mods specialists - I have just installed both SCS and Tweaks.
In the latter, I have chosen the NWN HP options. However, I always get max HPs when I level up (at the moment up to level 3). Is it normal or is there a bug/ a way to fix it ? I play on improved level.

    "Improved" difficulty level is based on "normal" difficulty in the unmodded game. One of that difficulty level's features is maximum HP on level up, regardless of the other options set.

    If you want randomly rolled HP gains at each level, you need to play at "Tactical" difficulty or above - or, at least, play at that difficulty during the brief moments when you level up.

    It's also worth mentioning that there is an option in the general 'Options' > 'Gameplay' menu that lets you select maximum hit points. If this is checked, you'll get that, regardless of your SCS difficulty.
