Breach in IWDEE

I am curious how it works here. My solo Dragon Deciple had some issues with the Kraken mages in the old dorne palace. Their breach removed my MindBlank. Is it supposed to be like this? I thought breach only works on protection from xx and stone/iron skin. Is MindBlank different from chaotic command is this aspect?

    breach will dispel any spell whose secondary type falls under;
    SPECIFICPROTECTIONS - 2
    COMBATPROTECTIONS - 7

    and since mindblank and chaotic commands both have a secondary type of SPECIFICPROTECTIONS - 2
    they will both be dispelled by breach
