I just finished all 12 episodes of Puella Magi Madoka
The whole anime was fantastic until the last episode. That really puzzled me how the hell could her wish end up like that, that simple didn't make any sense.
Her wish was like making a loop like this:
while(true){
true=false;
return true;
}
Instead of saving the world, she's crashing the world. I'm not sure if I understood that right. What do you think?

Her wish was so super special that it changed the laws of the universe. And everyone is happy forever now.
But yeah, she did basically crash the world and in order for things to function again, she had to not be in the universe.
Yeah the end was kind of wtf, but i like wtf endings in general(points at avatar) :]
