beamdog account email

How can I change the email address that is associated with my beamdog site account and client login? (not the forum). The email address I used to create the account no longer functions. I can't even remember my password to the beamdog site or client, but luckily it is stored in my system so I don't need it. If that ever got lost I would be screwed because I can't even request a password reset since the old email address is not functional.

    Thank you for your reply, I actually already had filed a support request before posting in this forum. I received an acknowledgement of the request but no further communication.

    The email I received had NWNS-7597 in the header.
    Does that mean anything?
    A ticket number maybe?
