Is there a mod to restore the old BG paper dolls/avatars?

Hey everyone,

Question is pretty much in the title. I'm wondering if there's a mod around to restore the old paper dolls/avatars (what your character looks like in the inventory screen) - from the old Baldur's Gate 2 (not the enhanced edition).

I'm specifically looking for the Orc ones, as they look particularly 'orcish' in comparison to the enhanced edition ones.

If there's *not* a mod - is there a way for me to restore them myself? I've got to be honest, I wouldn't have the first clue on where to start, but I'm assuming it must be possible no?
