Called shot and detonation arrows?

Has anyone ever tested this to see if detonation arrows apply the called shot debuffs to all enemies hit by the blast? I know this worked with wizard slayer or poison weapon, but never thought of whether you could apply Called Shot to an entire group using those arrows. I know it's somewhat of a moot point given the limited number of those arrows but I'm still curious

To get large numbers of detonation arrows:
- Do Rasaad's ToB quest. Kill Sharran Guard Ovidiu quickly, recovering several detonation arrows (he starts with ten).
- Alternatively, if a random detonation arrow dropped for you, you can skip this first step. Just make sure you're carrying at least one detonation arrow for the next step.
- Do Neera's ToB quest. The weapon merchant sells a stack of ten arrows of detonation, but you can increase his stock by selling arrows to him; one stack of ten for every arrow he buys. Just make sure his stock is never fully exhausted. Repeat this cycle of buying and selling until the stock is large enough, then stock up for the rest of the game.
