Combat Pause

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi there

This is my first post and I’m afraid it’s a noob question. Under pause mode, when I issue 2 commands to my character, does the 2nd command override the first, or does the 2nd command queue up behind the first? Many thanks for the advice. Game’s great so far!

    Issuing another action will interrupt and replace the previous action.
