Scar is gone on Mobile BGEE

in Troubleshooting
On first entering BG I told scar I did not have time to help him right now. Then I went in and did a bunch of stuff. One of the things was I cleared the Seven Suns. Later on I decided to go find Scar and he was not in front of the Flaming Fist like he promised. What a dick. Lol. But in all seriousness, what do I do now? dont I need him to progress in the game?

    Using a file explorer of course: I like total commander

    I'm not sure why but the com.beamdog.baldursgateenhancededition is empty. I plugged the phone into the PC but still no items in that area. I think it has to do with android 11 and the way it restricts access to the data folder? not sure. I'm still looking into it. I should not be restricted on my own device.
