Neverwinter EE update failed

With this new update to NWN EE I found that I cannot log into the game. I boot the game, and go through the screen until the initial movie is ended. (I can do this after removing all the shade over rides) but once past that, the screen is black with no visible boxes to select (music is playing). I can randomly press for buttons and occassionally a dialog will pop up, but its not one that leads to game play. At this point I cannot play the game. Not sure what else I can do? I removed all the haks already also.
