Migrate Installation from Mac to PC

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Is it possible to migrate a BG installation from Mac to PC or do the two versions use different BGMain.exe files? Since I play with a lot of mods, migrating would be easier than reinstalling.

    EE games don't use OS-specific settings. It should be enough to copy the game folder as well as the home folder of the game (where you can find baldur.lua and the savegames) over to Windows.

    You may have to install OpenAL though, if you've never installed any of the EE games before.
