    Haven't played the game with the mod but it already seems super cool. HOWEVER, I am encountering an error when trying to install the "modify fighting styles".
    ERROR Installing [Modify Fighting Styles], rolling back to previous state
    Will uninstall 3 files for [METWEAKS/METWEAKS.TP2] component 4000.
    Uninstalled 3 files for [METWEAKS/METWEAKS.TP2] component 4000.
    ERROR: Failure("SET_STRING out of range")
    Please make a backup of the file: SETUP-METWEAKS.DEBUG and look for support at: OlvynChuru

    You should not have to start a new game. The changes to weapon styles should take effect retroactively in existing saves.

    Do the components that modify specific areas ("Make it possible to enter the Nashkel Mines through the back cave entrance", "Make it possible to enter the catacombs beneath Candlekeep early") are now compatible with EET ?

    Does anyone also know if the following components are compatible with EET ?

    3100 - Make it so the Jacil and Wiven encounters aren't replaced by other quests
    3150 - Give Belhifet more reasonable immunities
    Make Infravision actually do something

    @OlvynChuru Any idea what's up with the Infravision component? Haven't checked all NPCs, but neither Khalid nor Jaheira seem to get Infravision with this installed.

    Hi!

    I am trying to install the mod om IWDEE. Copied everything into the game folder. When I start the executable, the install window

    disappears very quickly. I cannot even read what it says. How do I get this done?

    @OlvynChuru where in the mod order should this mod be instaled?

    My question is about only in relation to this two modifications
    - Make it possible to enter the Nashkel Mines through the back cave entrance
    - Make it possible to enter the catacombs beneath Candlekeep early

    I can't think they will conflict with much, but what do i know i am no programer.

    WARNING regarding using MAXIMUM CREATURE SPEED from this mod! Any speed increases over the maximum (Barbarian Fast Movement, etc.) will likely prevent the character from moving!

    Does the early entry into Candlekeep Catacombs and Nashkel Mines work on 2.6? If so, where on the Candlekeep and Nashkel exterior maps should we be to map transition? May we get map markers for these?

    (I found the Nashkel Mine back entrance. I didn't find the Candlekeep Catacomb back entrance.)

    The entrance to the Candlekeep dungeon is in the same spot that you normally exit the dungeon.

    I had checked videos, walked up and down the walls on the outside, and referred to this image and still had trouble finding the back entrance to Candlekeep. No wonder people didn't sneak in!

    Still, having a map note to let people know it's there would help!

    Also, should this text string display before Tethtoril teleports the party? Saying Tethtoril teleported the party when he didn't yet is awkward.

    What say you to adding map markers for the back ways into the Nashkel Mine and Candlekeep Catacomb, even as optional components?

    Does this mod require EEEX to work? I installed Passive Detect Evil for trueclass Paladin but the feature don't show up in the innate ability list. Also when adding Detect Evil from a cheatmenu spell it does not add it to the player Paladin.

    clabpa01.2da was incorrectly edited probably by the not compatible friendly mod component ~ATWEAKS/SETUP-ATWEAKS.TP2~ #0 #120 // Restore innate disease immunity to Paladins: v4.54.

    The issue was clabpa01.2da had excessive **** and the detect evil spell did not have the correct prefix GA.
    Changed it from SPCL212 to GA_SPCL212.

    I've been playing a Ranger with this mod installed.

    The power up charm animal makes the spell actually useful but, the "tracking" HLA is really useless.

    I wonder what could be done to make it useful. I think that making it a passive and giving saving throw/AC bonus while being in an exterior would be way more useful than what the HLA currently does.

    Love what you've done here conceptually. While you're in there, I'd love to see a component that allows rogues, clerics, et al to gain proficiencies a little faster, too -- every 3 instead of every 4 or 5? I'd also love to see initial proficiencies given a boost for most classes. Warriors start at 6, clerics and rogues start with 4, mages with 2 -- something like that. I mod that in on my game already, it would be cool to just uses 1 mod to acheive this stuff.

    Skills and Abilities has an option for faster proficiency acquisition for all classes similar to what you sought.

    Spotted a really curious and situational bug:
    METWEAKS/METWEAKS.TP2~ #0 #3600 // Implement a different kind of chunked death animation
    

    This component breaks Jaheira's shapeshit animation: the magic animation start, the animal form flicker for a fraction of a secondd and then Jaheira reamain with a human avatar.
    Mechanically all works as intended: stats are ok, she has paws, priest spell are disabled and can "transform" back to human form.

    It tooks quite a bit to identify the problem (the main culprit were mods that altered shapeshifting in a big EET install), but in the end is easy to repro:

    Just install the component on a clean BG2EE, free Jaheira in the prologue of SoA and try to shapeshift.
    Player Characters or other created NPC seems not affected (did not try with other Vanilla Druids)8xpqx5fjjk85.jpg

    thanks for you mod, tweaks can often make the gaming experience way better. I am currently testing the component giving -4 thac0 for non infrasion .

    It can be a good way to make human race more special but it also need to add human some advantages (like maybe + 4 or 5 characteristics points at character creation)


    The problem is that this component seems to not work in my BG2 playthrouth. Characters with innate infrasion get a infrasion icon on portrait ( witch is fine and cool) but my humans characters do not get -4 thac0 t night or in dungeons.

    Can you tell me when the thac0 penality is supposed to happens exactly ? In dungeons ? but what kind of dungeons ? etc..

    I mean , I am not sure if my human characters get - 4 thac0 coz I don't see any thac0 penalities in the characteristic display menu.

    And I would like to understand what are the conditions for the thac0 penality to take place, especially in dungeons or "dark place area". Some dungeons may have some lights so I am curious to know if your scripts take this into account or not.
