My InfinityLoader.exe file has disappeared

I have installed a highly modded EET installation which has been working fine with some minor bugs that I can live with.

When I did a Windows update my InfinityLoader.exe file disappeared. How do I get it back?

Upon going to Gog I discovered that my game is no longer installed. Indeed ALL of my BG games are uninstalled!!!

Most frustrating as an EET installation takes an age. Apparently there have been changes at Gog that might have caused the problem.

Do I need to start from scratch?

Ignore the above.

I ran the program using Baldur.exe and the file miraculously reappeared.
