Stats required to dual class from Fighter to Druid

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
I have a fighter with the following stats
  • Human
  • True Neutral
  • Str 15
  • Dex 18
  • Con 18
  • Int 9
  • Wis 18
  • Char 15
why isn't Druid available as an option when I try to dual class ?

    You need 17 Charisma.

    You need 15 STR to dual from fighter. You need 17 WIS and 17 CHA to dual to druid. The other stats aren't required for this pair, though of course it's highly useful to have lots of DEX and CON and at least 9 INT.
