Planar Sphere: Larz is blocking Morul

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Larz is essentially right on top of Morul and you can't choose him to find out the results of the second item creation. I tried leaving for more than a week game time, but he is still blocked. Help would be appreciated.

    Never had this problem using the game on current version and I've done the Mage stronghold quest once in the current version...looks like a bug though. There may be a cheat that moves an NPC from one position to another on the map (as you can do with party members) but I'm not aware of it...

    I don't know if it will work, but have you tried teleport field?, Save before in case they get hostile.

    Also you don't need to be that close to initiate dialogue, clicking on Mòrul and waiting a few seconds may work
