Looking for BIF files tool

I am looking for Infinity Engine games tool that can create BIF files and add files to BIF archive. I know there is WinBiff but it not work with enhanced editions of IE games. Any idea about it ?

    Not exactly. Near Infinity can manage BIF in the context of the game. Near Infinity is not for people that juste want to create assets and resources.
