Any workarounds to use spell refresh again?

Hi, with the introduction of opcode 321, any spell with it applied will no longer refresh if you use iispellsystemadjustments. I was wondering if there were any way to get around this such as using opcode 146 to cast another spell with 261 on it that would refresh the spell?

    Opcode 321 apparently doesn't look for effects passed by 177, so maybe that's an option
