Tuigan Bow

I wanted to find out where this could be obtained. According to Google, it is dropped by the Beastmaster during the fight against the slavers in the Copper Coronet. I had done this quest this earlier, but didn't see that item for some reason. I just now ran back to the room where the Beastmaster was, but it's not there. Is it lost for good, or is there some other way to get it?

Items dropped on the ground, if you don't pick them up, despawn after a while. It's gone.

If you want to preserve something that you're not carrying around, put it in a container.

OK, was afraid of that. Do you know how long it takes for an item to respawn?

It won’t in the current game. You will need an old save or start over.

I don't have such a save. I'll know better next time. I can still get Tansheron, and I also have the Gesen Bow shaft, although I won't get the string for quite a while.

Download a program called EEkeeper and you can use it to put back in inventory.

I was considering this. I ended up getting Tansheron's Bow instead. Yes, Tuigan gives a higher rate of fire, but Tansherons' is +3 as opposed to +1. Also, I have the Gesen Bowshaft. I won't actually be able to score the bowstring for a while, but that one will eventually be my go to for archery fire. Mazzy has her own bow, Nalia has a +2 shortbow, Valygar is packing the Elven Court Longbow ... I think we are pretty much covered as far as bows are concerned. Oh, and everyone who can't use a bow, like Anomen and Aerie, are carrying slings of one sort of another.

    You play vanilla right?

I kind of prefer to take the silver arrow from one of Lava's mod and then any bow should do fine. Speed is quite nice though; I end up giving Fall the tuigan bow (or whatever the one was with more hits per round). Another nice effect are coldness related effects e. g. slow. I found that it mostly does not matter; weaker enemies aren't that important, and for dragons I kind of try to go with maximum damage or something like that. A few dragons seem to be more vulnerable to ranged weapons in general.
