Raelis and the Halberd Wave

....Well, I scored the Blade to Wave from the Cavern , but I can't get the shaft due to it being in the Planar Prison. Well, ok, in that sense I am getting the shaft, but not the way I'd like. The problem being that Realis is not at the Playhouse and does not appear in the Prison, hence that quest can never be concluded.
....In point of fact, I accidentally bumped into her .... standing outside the Temple of Torm in the Temple District?? How the heck did she end up there? I tried speaking to her, but no response, nor can I give her anythiing, nor can I drag her with me to the Playhouse. As far as bugs go, this one is rather extreme. :#

    No, I generally don't do mods. I want to see the game as the desogners intended. Now that Raelis has been found, I am almost tempted to go back and see if she actually appears this time. But It's almost certainly a wasted endeavor, and right now I am busy navigating the Underdark. Maybe when we get back to the mortal world I'll give it one more shot.
