Durlag's Labrynth fixes (AR0514)

Upon entering AR0514:
1. Grael starts on an acid trap (and is taking damage)
2. The player can see the Helmed Horrors through the closed door in the forge, and they attempt to attack.

--
1. Changed Graels start position so that he is no longer standing directly on the trap.
2. Removed the bad door from the game.

    1. Works. Grael no longer stands in the acid.
    2. Works. Removing the door is a valid solution :D haha

    Just to let you know....

    1) Can fight Helmed Horrors through the door (i.e. without having to open the door) on Durlag's Tower level 4 door (AR0514 at 3415, 450)

    2) Can fight Ghouls through the door on Durlag's Tower level 4 door (AR0514 at 2400, 2360)

    These should definitely be fixed.

    A comment on #2. You can in fact see through the wall on the left side of the door, which is the issue that allows you to fight the ghouls.

    I believe the fix for #1 was to remove the door... Not sure where that thread went...

    @Sese79 Saw you posted in the other thread as well regarding a broken door. That bug report is the same as this one so only 1 door has been removed. I would agree that repairing the door would have been the best solution but it seems that could not be done. Either they needed the original assets to do that or it was just too much work for something trivial. I honestly don't know the details regarding it.
