[Bug] incorrect number of attacks display

Observed behavior: got a 2nd point in scimitar proficiency on my swashbuckler. the text says it will give me 3 attacks per 2 rounds attack rate. when i equip a scimitar it says my attack rate is 1 per round.

I don't if this is a display bug or I'm not getting the attack rate boost.

Expected behavior: displayed attack rate value on character sheet matches description text for putting a second point in a proficiency.

Well, in the manual it does specifically say "Non-warriors do not gain additional attacks based on specialization."

Oh so I'm not getting any bonus attack rate. I see. Well, In my opinion, after thinking about it a bit, it's actually more balanced this way even though it's worse for me. (Sorry Edvin)

I'd suggest changing the specialization text to be clearer, though. I didn't spot that in the manual. In my experience with pen and paper, non-warriors couldn't specialize at all. since my kit let me, i expected it to work normally. another option would be on swashbuckler kit warn people that when it says it lets them specialize it actually means it lets them get half the specialization bonus.
