    Here's a quick patch for this. I'm not able to test this at work, but it is a very simple change. Let me know if there are any problems with it.

    What's changed:
    * Changed VAI.DLG to set MetVai to 2 when she leaves
    * Changed FLAMVAI.CRE to use FLAMVAI.BCS (new file)
    * Created FLAMVAI.BCS which has the Flaming Fist leave if MetVai set to 2

    Note: as always with CRE files, the changes will not work if the creature has already spawned.

    I've tested this patch and confirmed it working.
