Anyone up for making strongholds for BG:EE?

Is there any mod, that allows you to have your own stronghold/house in the game?

I wish you could take over Friendly Arms Inn, and depending on your class, you would make it Thief guild/weapon shop/castle/theatre or whatever.
Or having some house in Beregost...

    Hmm I think the Gnoll Stronghold would make an excellent well... stronghold ^^

    That would be D'Arnise-like stronghold for warrior. I like it :)

    Druids and/or rangers would have the house at first map of Cloakwood.
    Thieves, would get (obviously) thief guild in Baldur's Gate.
    Paladins would have the church at Friendly Arms Inn.
    Clerics would get church at Nashkel.
    Monks would have stronghold and mountain peaks of Rasaads quest.

    Or make it dependable on race, not on class. That would be even more interesting :P

    This is simply a series of class-dependent quests. Simple but time-consuming to mod (and by the time you establish a stronghold, shouldn't you have finished the game already?).

    @Kirkor Mages/Sorcerer having High Hedge :p
    Maybe becoming a apprentice and beeing rewarded by a pair of bracers! :>

    Granted, having to wait unill reaching Baldur's Gate seems like a slightly to long wait (might be of my habbit of clearing almost all the wilderness zones before heading to the mines...) :x
