Is the new NPC available for the ipad version? I can't find the person.

    There are many conditions for that NPC to spawn. Chapter nummer, party level, etc. Also if you have visited the area before in your game you might need to restart a new game. I am not %100 sure if the NPC is there for the ipad version, though, just telling from PC experience.

    He is there. I believe you must be lvl 5 or more to spawn him, and it must be a new game.

    Here are the "rules"
    Must be level 5 or greater, must *NOT* have done the bandit camp. You do not need to start a new game if you meet these two conditions.
