Alora is closest to the original, whereas the other two are very good, they are stylistically different.

    Should that matter?

More than art, I feel to vote for the artist. Many beautiful works in full BG style, even my favorite was not in this Final...

But Minsc by Pantalion's wife is very cute portrait, Xzar by Sylph is an inspired art.

@Virren: no, it is my opinion.

Wow that was a hard vote, I opted for Xzar in the end because it is original art.

    I agree.

In my opinion, stylistically aligned portraits are to be preferred because they will be actually usable by devs to build something in game.

Hand Painted Arts are indeed beautiful if not even astonishing.
But since they can't be put alongside the originals without a noticeable style misalignment, from a game development perspective they are unusable.

As fantastic as these are I don't really think any of them are likely to be used in the game

All 3 are brilliant, but I can't help but pick the one with the most originality.

I voted Alora because he looks the most like a portrait that would be available in-game.
However, I adore Minsca's new face, it's oddly aluring. I also love the original picture of Xzarina, which has a beautiful crazy giggle inside it.
All three of them deserve a spot, as far as I'm concerned.

Alora and Minsc both look usable in-game after putting on the belt to me. (I am still even more of a fan of Syntia's work on the BG2 NPCs, though!)

    Wow.
That was a tough choice. All 3 are amazing
