How can I reassign character selection hotkeys?

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
Since 2014 I can't select characters with numbers. I'll report this as a bug soon, but I was wondering how I can access this :

I found that in the bug forum. I don't have those options at all. Under QuickSlots, I got Spell Slot, Weapon Slot, Item Slot and Formation Slot, all 1-4. Any ideas why it could be missing?

    Could someone confirm that they do have the possibility of reassign those hotkeys or if they are missing for them as well? Steam users maybe.

    I don't remember ever managing to change them myself, which is inconvenient since the "select all" button never worked.

    I had the same. "Select all" never worked, but I could select characters one by one or by groups using 7, 8, 9, etc.
