alt + enter qualifies for dialog continue event

If NPCs or critters are speaking a bunch of dialogs, the continue button on the bottom of the dialog interface can be activated using ENTER. The issue is that ALT + ENTER also qualifies for the ENTER key. Thus, if user wants to simply switch between full screen and windowed mode the game continues with the dialogs, which is definitely not desired.

ALT+ENTER must not qualify for the continue event.
