Left Panel Bug in Journal

I found a bug while modding the journal screen. When I adjust the vertical position of the ID #2 screen in GUIJRNL.chu a glitch happens on the left panel. This only happens on the journal screen and doesn't happen with any other screens such as inventory etc. This is affecting the "centered windows mod" that I've created which works on all screens except the journal. The bug shows up once you click on the journal window.

    For the purposes of reproducing this behavior, what was the exact adjustment you made?

    @Jalily - It happens when you use the center vertically alignment. Thanks.
