Monster run away and lost

Hello, i am playing BG:EE, i played "old" BG and BG 2.
The Map below Beregost mine party fght against hobgoblins, and one of the monster was scary and run away.
When monster was near end of the map he just dissapear, like mine team as normal have jpurney to another map.
Fist time i met that.
