Legacy AD&D...not BECMI, SCARY; not BECMI, SCARY... Uhh...
GDQ. "You're all a bunch of badasses who whupped some bandits, a mushroom Demon Queen, and some slavers. Now, it's time to beat up some giants and throw citrus all over the Demonweb Pits.". Since it's a continuation of the T and then A Series.
I'd only be interested in Tomb of Horrors if we got to go through the entire S series.
CB1 - Conan Unchained!, and CB2 - Conan Against Darkness!
Something set in Greyhawk or Ravenloft. I think we've been Forgotten Realm'd to death. I suppose using 2nd edition rules, or even 1st edition (gasp!), would be out of the question.
@actDave The A1-4 Slave Lord series would be an amazing IE game. However, the last quarter of the series might be somewhat reminiscent of BG2, since characters would be stripped of all their possessions (and clothing--at least Irenicus had the decency to keep you fully clothed). It would suck the worst for mages since they wouldn't have their spellbooks. The impending earthquake and volcanic eruption would make for a suspenseful finale.
To elaborate on my answer, I have some great memories playing a 3.5 and later a Pathfinder version of Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil. I played Segard Whitemane, a teenaged (like 16) unarmed fighting and grappling Barbarian whose Rage was infused with ice powers (Frostrager in 3.5, rage powers in Pathfinder), and he loved to tell stories of our party's exploits as vividly as possible. He was getting training in the oral tradition by a Bard NPC who accompanied us, Sam (short for Samantha), who was much beloved by the entire party, Segard the icepuncher especially. At one point, she was captured by the elemental cultists and held somewhere within the bowels of the Temple of Elemental Evil. We never got to finish that campaign or our rescue, and although IE is not all that great at replicating Segard accurately I'd still like to see it. I also enjoyed what little of the Temple of Elemental Evil game that I could without encountering infuriating bugs.
For continuity's sake, I'd quite like to see other modules set in Faerun - that would give it nice symmetry with NWN's "Darkness over Daggerford" and "Wyvern Crown of Cormyr", the whole notion of side stories happening in the world that lie outside the scope of the primary campaign...

I don't mind throwing basic and extended into the mix. We easily adapted them to fit 2nd ed back in the day.
B Series, please! In Search of Adventure, all the way.

I found a few others available for free download that make my list as well including 'The House on Gryffon Hill' that is the sequel to Ravenloft.
So if you want to dust off those Dragon Dice...
