Weapon style: Marksmanship

This weapon style is for missile launchers (bow, crossbow, sling and dart). The effect is following

First Pip:
+1 to hit using a bow, crossbow, sling and dart

Second Pip:
+1 min dmg using a bow, crossbow, sling and dart. This means that if the arrow does 1d6 dmg, the minimum dmg is set to 2 instead of 1. The max dmg is still 6.

It's already hard to get enough proficiensy points to get 5* in a missile type and then 5* in a close combat weapon. I don't think it's worth two points and it would come up there with Shield and sword style and Single weapon style, which happen to be almost useless.

    GM is over-rated.

    * = +3 damage with ranged weapons in melee range, +4 thac0 bonus when firing at targets in melee range
** = +4 AC bonus vs melee attacks while equipped with a ranged weapon, +1 attack per round with ranged weapons.

You suggestion would work, if all the other styles were PnP accurate (2hd style just increases damage by +1 and initiative by +2 each point...no increased crit, single weapon is JUST +1 AC per point, Sword and shield allows you to apply your shield bonus to attacks from 1 additional target per round and gives +2 ac vs ranged per point. The 2nd point of TWF (only has 2 points in PnP) reduces the penalty to 0/-2 and allows same size weapons (up to medium) to be wielded at no penalty (If your character bought the ambidextrous trait with a NCP, it reduces your off-hand penalty by 2...rangers and blades suffer no penalty for normal TWF (smaller off-hand, except for dual-daggers), but must spend two points to unlock same-size weapon wielding).
