Can't enter Beregost

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
I can't seem to enter Beregost from the Crossroads. I just finished up at the FAI killed the ogre on the way to Beregost but the selection is grey'd out on the map.

    Go with your party to the south end of that map. Then try travelling to Beregost.

    Sometimes there are issues with zooming. So maybe try to zoom in or out a bit.

    never would of even thought of doing that.
