I played some speed runs with 3 member parties, and this is what I used:
Beserker ( one skilled with longswords, one skilled with axes, one skilled with flails) Imoen ( purely for the fact I needed open locks and find traps) Xan ( wands, wands, and more wands, freight training CHOO CHOOOOOO)
then I started my cleric run:
custom made half-orc fighter/thief (that guy rocked) custom made sorcerer (so I didn't have to find/fiddle with spells and I could choose the exact spells I needed for the speed runs)
Thief run:
same custom half-orc same custom sorcerer - im only half way done this one -
