Can you move installed mods to another computer just by copying files?

I have a quick question about installing/moving mods to another computer.

I'm currently using three different computers to play a single game. My own, girl friend's and one at work. I have SCS installed on my own computer.

Is is possible to just copy Override folder and all the other needed files from my own computer to another without using SCS installer? I don't use every option included in SCS, so I can't remember what options I installed.

On the other hand, could I just copy entire BG:EE folder to another computer?

Yes, you can, and it'd work. Theoretically As experimented by @Jyrinov, one could even play BG:EE from a USB stick...

Don't forget dialog.tlk if you have any mods that add text to the game.

    Thank you for your replies.

I tested running the game from a USB stick. Worked without problems. Though I decided to copy it to a local hard drive so I don't have to keep the USB stick with me all the time.

I use Skydrive to move saves between computers. It would have been to convenient to be able change the default game save location to a folder synchronized with Skydrive. But that problem was solved by creating symbolic link using mklink.

Putting my work time to good use here :)
