Error on startup "error 998"

Regardless of how I startup through the client or from the exe I get this error:

LoadLibrary failed with error 998: Invalid access to memory location.

Running as administrator I still get it.

Help please.

    I had the same error. My system is Windows 7, 64 bit, ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series.

    The solution for me was to go to the AMD homepage and install the newest Catalyst Control Center version (not only to use the Windows Device Manager for searching the newest driver, as I did first).
    The new AMD Catalyst Control Center solved the problem for me.
