App Store Version Not Updating

Everytime I log into the app store, I get a message that Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition has an update available, I select update and proceed to download the close to 1.97gb file, once complete I launch the game and still v1.0.2014 is displayed

I go back to the app store and once again I'm greater by a message that states Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition has an update available

I'm running a late 2010 MacBook Pro and OSX Mavericks

Any suggestions?

    According to the App Store, the version there is still 1.0.1.2014. It doesn't appear that Apple has approved the v1.2 patch yet.
