Neera not talking after reload? Is this normal or a bug?

Hey everyone,
So i started a new run, picked up neera and after did some quests etc in Beregost. I headed right to the temple, rested and she started her first dialogue. I then reloaded the autosave from before entering the temple area and carried on (cant remember why i did this).
Anyway, i have travelled about the map, just got Minsc to go clear out the knoll stronghold and rested multiple times but I'm not getting the starting dialogue for Neera as i did before?
Is this normal or have I encountered a bug of sorts. If so, is there an easy fix with the console as I don't fancy starting again... Thanks
