I've ran through Chateau Irenicus couple times now, and everytime time the lesser clay golems have got stuck on the way. The problem is the corridor I've circled on the ss. The sewage golem stops there, and there is also pack of goblins there if haven't killed them. The corridor needs to be made less crowded. I don't see any reason why the sewage golem couldn't move to more open area, and if that isn't enough remove the goblins too.
