CHARNAME PERMANENTLY BLURRED

yeah my charname seems to be permanently blurred. it is very annoying, how can I fix it?

    Cloak of Displacement will do that...

    If this isn't from an item then try Dispel Magic on yourself to see if the blur effect stops. If not, then you can try EEKeeper and check for affects on the character.

    Either the aforementioned cloak or the ring of Kazgoroth. The latter can only be taken off with a remove curse spell, available at any temple.

    If you put these files is you override folder, the blur effect of the cloak and claw will only appear fot ten seconds, then disappear: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5vago8lf7sfscnm/PF5QEkjExV

    (The "CHAN12" file just gives the Elven Chainmail a non-green look, so you may want to skip that.)

    I always have this problem with the Kivan and Deharianna mod. Kivan is always blurred.
