#7288 - Windowed mode, part of the window is behind the taskbar

When you're playing in windowed mode, base windowed mode doesn't display properly.
You have to minimize the window, then maximize it again to have the entire screen properly viewable :
In the first screen (window upon opening the game) the bottom part of the screen isn't set right - part of the buttons aren't available.
In the second screen (window after minimizing / maximizing), the buttons are properly available.
It gets pretty tiresome to have to do this everytime I play

After trying it out, it's not particularly noticeable on my laptop.
If resolution to overhang ratio is any indication, the entire row of buttons would be below the task bar on a 4K monitor. Luckily, though, 4K is not yet standard.
