Can't progress Matron Ritual in UD *SPOILER*

After getting the silver dragon eggs and putting the fake ones in, I can't find Phaere in her quarters anymore. When I spawn her in the temple of Lolth with CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("UDPHAE01"), the quest continues and she ports me to the ritual chamber. Neither she or the matron mother appear. When I spawn the matron mother with CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("UDARDUL") she begins the ritual, but as soon as the fiend appears and does his first dialogue, the matron mother disappears again. Then I am stuck.

    I was able to overcome a very similar issue using a combination of commands. When I did it, I was in the Ust Natha Temple, but it probably works in other locations.
    1) Pause the game. (She only disappears as part of time passing).
    2) Spawn her using CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("UDARDUL")
    3) Hover the cursor over her and hit CTRL-Y. This deals 1000+ damage instantly, and pulps most monsters. If this doesn't work immediately, you probably need to enable hotkeys ( CLUAConsole:EnableCheatKeys() ).
    4) Unpause, exit the Temple, use the cursor to check to see that the gates are available now.
    5) Walk to the gate and exit.
