Incorrect spawn location

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
In Spellhold, the kobold cave with the crystal is bordered by a thin corridor to the left in which a yuan-ti spawn occurs. Due to the narrow nature of the corridor, it appears some yuan-ti are being 'pushed over' into the kobold cave.

    Yeah I always come in through that entrance, it didn't happen on my previous playthrough. I can't think I did anything unusual, I just went in with my archer and shot the kobolds with my bow. I don't think it's something new as sometimes if you ctrl+j to a narrow area party members can get displaced, it was just kinda unusual in this situation.
