interface dissapearing on PC bug please help

The bug is that there is no interfact. It appears when I hit the spacebar and only the spacebar. But it also pauses the game when I do so. SO the only time i can have an interface is when iam paused. Other saves are unaffected and work fine. I have a laptop, running windows 7

long story short, i accidentally killed three guys at the beholder quest so I cheated my way in so I could complete the whole thing.
When I went into the temple to turn in the rift rod, this bug started and I made the mistake of saving the game.


also I'd be glad if someone could tell me where Hexxats tomb thing and all thats inside of it dissapeared

    hexxats tomb thingie dissapeared a while ago. The one which stores items. One day it was in my inventory, then one day i noticed it gone
