Probably conjurer since there is only one divination spell that is really good.

Conjurer is generally considered the best unless you plan on taking Edwin along for the ride (he's a conjurer already and you may want to cover his weakness with your own casting). The main reason is that you only lose divination spells. True Sight is the only spell of much significance in that school and clerics and druids can cast that particular spell (and I think at earlier levels than mages).

Conjurer in BG1 (since you only lose identify and there is an absurd amount of gold anyway.)

Invoker in BG2 (you lose Enchantment spells, but there are no stand-out ones you absolutely cannot do without. You won't miss the Enchantment school, but you'll notice the absence of spells like True Sight, Oracle, etc.)

If wild mage counts as a specialized mage then wild mage for sure. Otherwise I think it has been covered already.

Wild Mage is a specialisation in my books, and easily the best thanks to early spell access and no spell restrictions.
